Dollhouse is a surreal photography project that explores the quiet captivity experienced by women confined to domestic roles. The series reflects on how societal expectations—often masked as tradition or happiness, such as marriage—can subtly yet powerfully exclude women from meaningful dialogue and decision-making. Dollhouse reveals the dissonance between surface-level contentment and the deeper erosion of agency, casting the home not as a haven, but as a beautifully decorated cage.
